NOUN, VERB, PLACE, ADJECTIVE, BODY PART

Hellooo!!! Hey, y’all! This week we have a ADJECTIVE NOUN to VERB with you. Once you VERB this post, you will VERB what I VERB. I know this has to seem quite ADJECTIVE, but here we VERB. If you can’t guess, we played a game last night that has a similar setup. Something like Pad Dibs or something. ;P

To be honest, this game was not the official Mad Libs company. It was on a fun, little website called, “Mad Takes.” Still, it was all the fun of Mad Libs. I can’t tell y’all how similar or different it was (identical essentially), because I’ve never played the official Mad Libs (a travesty!). What I can tell you, is that it was a blast, and I’d do it again anytime (hehe, you should NOT have said that oh my my my O.O).

If you are ever looking for a laidback party game or something to pass the time, this website is great. Of course, the original Mad Libs is pretty great, too, and is a way I got to know some people at the college I attended last year. It’s a very casual game. I can only imagine how you got to know people that way, it’s not like the words you choose randomly say way too much about you sometimes. I think I learned a thing or two about ACG and our other good friend of six years. Definitely, I think “Love Letter” was the best creation we made for AJA. It was so much fun to throw out random words and have just as much fun reading the finished product. Very much so!

MadTakesLoveLetter

Well, that VERB it, guys. I hope you all VERB this game as much as we do. Remember to VERB ADVERB! ❤

VERB your NOUN in the PLACE and your BODY PART in your NOUN. ❤ ;P 🙂 😀 😉 O.o

She’s back!!! (And, also, Roooooolllllllll Tide)

Hey, y’all! Guess who’s back today?!?! Oh no. That implies I’m actually here. I’m a projection of AJA. You are, and we love it!

She’s here. She’s still tired, because things haven’t exactly calmed down in her life (the opposite has actually happened, lol…somehow), but she loves us enough to be here right now. Um, yes. In honor of football (which I don’t watch) and ACG’s posting recently.

Roll tide! We won tonight, but I can’t exactly say I was paying enough attention to know much more than that. You see, the Alabama season kicked off tonight (pun intended (no)), and in my family, that means megawatts of excitement, screaming, and excessive jumping around. I sit in the room if I’m home to spend time with my family, but in the past, many posts have been written during games. O.o And my family watches Project Runway during “The Game.” 😉

And that’s basically our update. I’m tired. We’re here. Drive like a maniac. 😉 Carpe diem! (But of course do it safely. <3)
Keep your cleats on the runway and the offense out of the red zone! ❤ 🙂 O.O 😀 😉 😛

Until next week…

Hey, y’all! It’s just ACG here tonight. AJA is not feeling her best (though she is amazing and continues to run herself past tired to do things with and for me).

Also, I would love to say that I may not be the one that is quite as quick to post an appreciation post, but she isn’t the only thankful one. We may have moments where we butt heads. We may have moments where she messes up. However, we also have a lot of moments in our friendship where I mess up and she is rightfully mad but does eventually forgive me and helps me work it out.

So this is nowhere near as good as hers are (and I wouldn’t dare try), and this is not anything close to the post we were planning, but I love you, AJA, and thank you for sticking through everything with me so far and planning to in the future.

Keep your hearts on the line and toes in the safe! ❤ O.o 😉 :/

Summer…Summer…Summer…

Hey, y’all! For students everywhere summer is closing in, weeks and maybe days away. In fact, a lot of people are already out for summer. And believe us, we are ready to join them. By this time next week, we will have that opportunity and boy are we going to seize the freedom that summer brings (even if at least one of us needs to find a job, ahem. me). RED VELVET WAFFLES!!!

Sorry about that, I’m excited. But we have a list and plan to get it done. All that means is that we have to get through…*drum roll please*….FINALS. They’re stressful, they stink, and some of them are actually just projects instead which is a nice break. And sometimes professors are really nice and make finals that have cheat sheets or in my case open notes and bring your own device. Sometimes they even make finals optional, like one of my roommate’s finals! So, hopefully we both will survive and so will anyone else facing finals.

Keep your brains in the cabinet and your Reese’s in the freezer. 🙂 😀 😉 O.o 😛 ❤ 🙂

Drive safely ❤

P.S. GOOD LUCK if you have your own finals or even just tests coming up!

Lessons on a Lazy Weekend

Good evening! Hey, y’all!

Life is full of lessons…and not all of them are that vital to your well being or happen during big moments. Sometimes they happen on a lazy weekend like we’ve had…in the celebration of ACG’s spring break, of course ;). The only thing that would make spring break better is if the colleges lined them up, but that’s another rant. Maybe that can be next week’s post, lol. But for now… We’d like to share with you some of things we’ve learned as of late.

  1. Never doubt the power of a hug. Or good coffee, but ACG drinks more than me, so I’ll stick with the hugs.
  2. Online classes are messed up; sometimes you find out someone who has not responded to any of your group project work is still in your group after weeks but hasn’t responded because of extenuating circumstances.

  3. Not making your bed won’t result in your death…most likely. So, don’t waste your time. 😉 It’s precious and the universe doesn’t know if your comforter is spread smooth.

  4. Binge watching really is fun. Finishing season one of your new favorite TV show is totally worth leaving you with four hours of sleep.

  5. The best plans are the last minutes ones. ❤ Or, at least, that was how this weekend seemed.

Yeah, it was last minute, totally unprepared, and completely a blast. Adventures are great, but so are lazy day weekends. Much better than going to a cold wet baseball game.

Drive safely. ❤

Paint your homework with ostrich eyelashes, and write your canvas in pixels. 🙂 😛 😉 😀 ❤ 🙂 😀 ;P

200 miles and the life with a head…

Hey, y’all!!! Greetings from a place 200+ miles below where this blog began(and still has a presence). That whole concept is nuts, but very important. I can only ever say hi from about 45 minutes from where this blog began, so let’s hear from the adventurer first, shall we? Yikes. Way to put me on the spot.

Since Thursday, my life has been flipped on its literal head. Yes, so flipped that it now has a literal head. Anyway, move in and “Welcome Weekend” has been fun but I am super sore. I’ve gone to some weird parties, got some weird information, and met some weird (but super awesome) people. So, yeah.  That’s my life right now. On to more homegrown adventures…

While AJA has just been getting information and making tons of awesome friends, I started classes on Wednesday. I have been to all but one of them once, and have more than likely  talked to less people than she is probably already considering friends, since she is such a party-mixer-chick now. 😛 Seriously, though, if anyone wanted to know who the butterfly is…*points in the general direction south that I am not positive I know anyway*.  I have a new five subject notebook, and have figured out where I want to park I think. Today I gave my family a backseat tour of the places I’ve been going so far. It’s been bigger than our tiny high school, but I haven’t curled into a psychotic ball in the corner from the culture shock yet. I may be a butterfly, but that doesn’t mean if one of us gets to have a nervous breakdown, it shouldn’t be me first since I am the one living with a stranger I’m uncertain how to interact with. (Teasing… but arguing because we all know it’s true. Yeah, yeah ;P I’m just pointing out that it isn’t as shocking so far as I’ve been warned it’s supposed to be.)

Fun question for first time freshmen out there like ourselves: how many of your profs or the adults you’re interacting with have said a dirty word in the first twenty minutes you’ve been interacting with them because for me it’s…90% of them. That seems pretty light. If I do the math in my head it’s not, because really I’m thinking 4 of 6 professors have, but still. I do second the question, though!

So there you have it, our lives and attempts to find a niche. Hopefully I will lose the invisibility cloak soon and AJA’s classes have a smooth liftoff on Monday morning. Keep your books in the sauna and your dog in the backpack. 🙂 😀 :/ ❤ 😉 😛 😉 O.o ;P

As always, drive safely into new adventures.

The Month of Doom (And Twilight)

Bonjour! Hey, y’all!

As many of you yourselves may know…this is The Month of Doom and Freedom AKA May AKA Our Last Month of High School Month. Yeah, we’re on the three day countdown (or something like that, I’ve lost my ability to count ME TOO! (10+5=25)). I have pretty pureed feelings about it, well blended to the point of super tiredness.

So, to celebrate, what did we do? Of course we watched the series that grew with us through the years of our friendship. (This is the part where I dissolve into tears.) Well, the last couple grew with us, the original ones were out before we met, and I am not talking about Star Wars. This famous (or sometimes more likely infamous) series was none other than Twilight. Yes, we were those girls. We were obsessed with the love triangle of the lipstick-wearing, vegetarian and the vaguely pedophilic, hot headed werewolf. We were a little late to the game, but we made up for the debate by debating other logistics of the execution instead. That turned into reliving the memories from eighth grade on after we finished watching them, though. Neither of us cried, but we also did not acknowledge the countdown exactly, either. It’s hard…to think about the end. I cried watching the last movie for the first time in 2012 because it was the first movie series I’d seen come and go, and it’s hard to see high school come…and go, but those movies still exist and are still watchable and debatable and we still had so much fun watching them and we will still exist after our Tuesday night adventure and we will still have each other and this blog and we will still have so much for and I’m…having to think about it that way, I think. I’m trying not to think about any of it, honestly. We will still have those things and everything else. It won’t all change, even if it feels like it.

Keep your caps in the sock drawer and your gowns in the fridge, fellow graduates of 2016!!! I love y’all and hope we all get through it without too much trauma! ❤ 🙂 😀 😉 😛 :/ 😥 :’D :O 🙂

And no matter what this month is for you, remember to drive safely. It’s road trip season.

Pitch Perfect, football…eh, flip a coin

Hello and welcome. I am under the influence of not coughing my head off. I am sitting on the couch watching Bama get their helmets handed back to them on a platter. It’s not pretty. Fortunately (or unfortunately, depending on your view) I am not. I’m watching the Twilight saga (again the goodness of this depends up on your view). While I love the Twilight saga as a teenage girl should, football is a no brainer this time of year and it has been on the TV all day (sometimes with picture in picture on, too). It’s my life, and I love it. Even if the others in my family are kind of lunatics about it.
Technically, now my television is on Pitch Perfect. It has been a girls’ night in at my house essentially, though football has never been a priority in my family. I do understand it being a well-loved source of entertainment for many.
It’s always been my life. I practically used a football as a teething ring and potty trained with the games in the background. That’s only mildly disturbing at this moment.

Anyway, I am currently so drugged due to trying to kick this weird crud that came up on me out of nowhere, that I am no longer contributing useful words. Until next time, drive safely and
don’t do drugs, kids!

Keep your head in the clouds and your toes in the surf. 🙂 😀 🙂 😛 =-O :-* :’D
