Until next week…

Hey, y’all! It’s just ACG here tonight. AJA is not feeling her best (though she is amazing and continues to run herself past tired to do things with and for me).

Also, I would love to say that I may not be the one that is quite as quick to post an appreciation post, but she isn’t the only thankful one. We may have moments where we butt heads. We may have moments where she messes up. However, we also have a lot of moments in our friendship where I mess up and she is rightfully mad but does eventually forgive me and helps me work it out.

So this is nowhere near as good as hers are (and I wouldn’t dare try), and this is not anything close to the post we were planning, but I love you, AJA, and thank you for sticking through everything with me so far and planning to in the future.

Keep your hearts on the line and toes in the safe! ❤ O.o 😉 :/

Misaligned Break

It’s SPRING! And…the weather here almost believes that for once. No kidding. Hey, y’all! Not only is it spring, but it’s spring break!!! Well, it’s my spring break. Unfortunately, ACG’s spring break was the week before last and I was not home for it. Shhhhhhhhh, details. However, I am home this week

However, I am home this week and we have a list of things we’d like to do when our schedules (mainly ACG’s ;)) allow.

  1. Make waffles for breakfast (or lunch) at least one time because our waffles are a blast to make and delicious to eat.
  2. Yoga…and tennis. Mainly because I’ve recently taken to being active and those are the easiest ways to con ACG into joining me ;).
  3. Looking at the stars because even if it isn’t school time, AJA is a nerd and takes astronomy this semester. She’s determined to make me physically active and learn about Aristotle. (I’d like to point out that Aristotle is from my philosophy class…and some logic in astronomy… but that’s not the point. ;P)
  4. Get some practical things done, some plans made for the future, including me finally getting my license…maybe…finally… O.O
  5. More binge watching. Season 3 of 5 is underway, and this week could be key to finishing. (Thank you, Netflix.)

With ACG still having classes this week, that’s a whole lot to get done, but I can’t wait to try and accomplish it all. It’s just school, challenge accepted. 😉 This weekend has already been a great kickstart.

Keep your dogs in the clouds and your signs on the floor. ❤ 🙂 😛 😉 😀 O.o

Drive safely in all your spring (break) plans! 😉 ❤

We’re Writing (about) The Future

Good evening! Tonight we’d like to take you on an adventure to a magical world…a world of the future. Hey, y’all! It’s mystical, magical, and out of this world. This all sounds very vague, and unfortunately that’s because what we will be talking about tonight has not truly come to pass. Yet!  Yes, yet. Hopefully that will change someday, maybe even in the nearer rather than more distant future…

Now most people would say things like flying or self driving cars when thinking about the inventions of the future as we are. We’re talking about, well, not that, because cars are already driving themselves (minus that nasty ethics debate). One pretty rocking invention would be a tablet-to-closet program. If wardrobes could be holographically condensed, organized, and stored within hard drives instead of hangars, imagine how much more floor space places would have. Imagine how much cleaner kids’ rooms would be when all they had to do was “zap” their clothes back into the tablet.

In a similar vein of super technological advances, if it were possible that people could scan something similar to QR codes with a device or implant and receive the information as knowledge in their brain, I feel like that would be super cool. Imagine how interactive that would make museum and historical sights! Or if they were placed on books, suddenly having the knowledge of certain information needed for tests or job performance.

Also along those lines, and pulling straight out of a scifi book, if everyone had a chip in their wrist that kept up with all their stuff. By stuff I’m talking money and driver’s license and those things. Cars could possibly even be made to only recognize the driver’s chips so that you didn’t need a key and people couldn’t steal it.

Technology seems to be the first line of thought for improvement for both of us, but there are so many other things to that could use improvement. However, it is getting late and before we drone on much further, I think it’s time we wrap it up.

So, don’t forget to drive safely, or make sure that your “Vehicle of The Future” is programmed to. ❤ 😉

Keep your chips in potato bags and your clothes in the refrigerator! 😀 😉 😛 ❤ 😉

PS – I, AJA, take full responsibility for the vague Paramore reference.

Tune in next week to find…

Hey, y’all. It’s just me tonight; AJA is having some technical difficulties. We do have a great topic for next week planned though, so you have to be here for that. Want a hint?

“Beneath the blue oblivious sky, the water
sings of nothing, not your name, not mine.”

That’s all you get for now; Google it if you get too curious. 😉

Keep your hair in the pool and your toe nails in the fryer. 🙂 😀 :/ 😉 😛 😀 ❤
