Summer 2016 The Top 3 (Or Top 6)

Hey, y’all!!! Yo! 🙂 I guess you probably know what you think we would be talking about this weekend already. But we’re not going to. Not really, at least. Instead, we’re going to jump right into the next phase of our lives, which is: SUMMER! B)
And, of course, what we’re excited for about it. So, without further ado, I’m gonna let ACG tell what she’s most excited for about this summer:

Um, well…#1 Working at the library and reading (and doing both at once #24HRREADATHON).

#2 Hanging out with friend(s), mainly one in particular, though.

#3 Swimming (But, of course…)

My top three would probably look a bit like:

  • Chilling with some villians. Or, you know, ACG, which is practically the same thing. Mwahahahahahaha
  • Being vaguely responsible. (I mean, only in terms of planning library programs, also with ACG. No one wants to do really responsible things.) -_- nope
  • And…um… I…like…ice cream, and that’s always better in the summer. Plus, there’s a kind of new froyo shop in our town, so even better. Sorta forgot about that place. Whoops, I’m kinda horrible sometimes. SMH. We can lie and say being healthy! (And I just used a first person plural, implying ACG will be with me yet again.)

The other thing we are both looking forward to is a tonbunch of crazy adventures and nonsense. Until we can update you on that, though, keep your shoes in the attic and your boxes in the dryer. 🙂 😀 😛 O.o -_- 😉 ;P ❤

Until then, drive safely.

The Month of Doom (And Twilight)

Bonjour! Hey, y’all!

As many of you yourselves may know…this is The Month of Doom and Freedom AKA May AKA Our Last Month of High School Month. Yeah, we’re on the three day countdown (or something like that, I’ve lost my ability to count ME TOO! (10+5=25)). I have pretty pureed feelings about it, well blended to the point of super tiredness.

So, to celebrate, what did we do? Of course we watched the series that grew with us through the years of our friendship. (This is the part where I dissolve into tears.) Well, the last couple grew with us, the original ones were out before we met, and I am not talking about Star Wars. This famous (or sometimes more likely infamous) series was none other than Twilight. Yes, we were those girls. We were obsessed with the love triangle of the lipstick-wearing, vegetarian and the vaguely pedophilic, hot headed werewolf. We were a little late to the game, but we made up for the debate by debating other logistics of the execution instead. That turned into reliving the memories from eighth grade on after we finished watching them, though. Neither of us cried, but we also did not acknowledge the countdown exactly, either. It’s hard…to think about the end. I cried watching the last movie for the first time in 2012 because it was the first movie series I’d seen come and go, and it’s hard to see high school come…and go, but those movies still exist and are still watchable and debatable and we still had so much fun watching them and we will still exist after our Tuesday night adventure and we will still have each other and this blog and we will still have so much for and I’m…having to think about it that way, I think. I’m trying not to think about any of it, honestly. We will still have those things and everything else. It won’t all change, even if it feels like it.

Keep your caps in the sock drawer and your gowns in the fridge, fellow graduates of 2016!!! I love y’all and hope we all get through it without too much trauma! ❤ 🙂 😀 😉 😛 :/ 😥 :’D :O 🙂

And no matter what this month is for you, remember to drive safely. It’s road trip season.

Words…Words…Words.

Welcome! For once, we plan to actually blog about, like, things that have happened instead of, like, not having time to blog. O.o I know, I know… It’s shocking. Still shocking considering things are only going to get more busy from here, so hold on tight. *grips the handrail with both elbows* I mean, I feel like they aren’t going to get more busy on a weekend though. Like, you might could argue next Saturday we have one commitment during the day and Sunday will be insane that week, but… We have busy senior stuff tomorrow night, too. TRUE, but hopefully that won’t prohibit us from blogging.

ANYWAY, that is not the point of this post. This is our escape from the world tonight. We are going to talk about our word worlds. 😀

The best way to go about this is to literally jump right in and introduce each other’s projects in the manner one might introduce themselves at a group therapy. So, this is ACG’s project, and it is actually a sequel to another story of hers with a very, very, very confusing and vaguely messed up and incestuous family. You see, this hoodoo chick loses her sorta brother/boyfriend/sorta husband because of a magical competition where they must either compromise her values or die. So, her husband kills himself by magic? To save her? And now she’s trying to live her life while pregnant (which wasn’t supposed to happen but what can you do?) with her dead husband’s son, and she’s like eighteen and she hates everything and everyone and is very depressed and vaguely frightening so I think after she gives birth she goes on a weird killing spree? But then falls in love with a cuddly person who she is not vaguely related to? And splits herself in half, but I’m getting ahead of this book.

This is AJA’s project, and it is the story of the long time boyfriend of the girl who has her own novel about the fact that her brother is suddenly dead. It is following the boyfriend’s relationship and interactions with the best friend of the girlfriend’s brother who is also very distraught (obviously, it was his best friend). It is a “before” of the before and after (which is the not-title) style novel from the sister’s perspective, showing from an outside source the havoc the original death wreaked on both sister and best friend of the depressed college student who took his fate into his own hands because he did not think he could continue to handle it. This boyfriend and brother struggles to know how to best help his girlfriend and brother cope and move on then learns a hard lesson that a boy cannot always be helped and “fixed” by yelling at them and telling them to get it together. He learns that even the people that are not perfect can still be loved to a degree of debilitation, no matter how he personally feels about the character and standards of the object of this love. In the end, though, he still does have his brother and his girlfriend and things are looking up and ready to get through the summer into his girlfriend’s perspective of the first year of college life without her older brother.

Now that ACG has become a professional summarizer and I have become a confused tween again and end all of my sentences with a question mark? (To be fair, my mouth runs a lot more about the future of my plot than hers, which means that there are more variables from the future that can change, which is where most of the question marks came into play, that or questioning my goofball character’s intents which I barely even know. Yeah, yeah, you’re just being humble.)

Anyway, I hope this has given you some insight as to what we do with our free time, which seems awful…unstable and vaguely hyperemotional. Until next week, drive safely and carry a big stick, or something like that. ❤

Always put your words on a page and your nose in the binding of your favorite book. 🙂 😀 😉 😛 ❤ O.o ;D ;P

That Time We Broke A Promise Because of Economics

It’s AJA tonight, and unfortunately  ACG is not replying to my texts currently. I am assuming she’s busy hanging and catching up with her family since she hasn’t seen them in nearly thirty-six hours until tonight. We’ve also been working on economics projects until tonight.

I am so sorry that we suck as badly as we do. We have to break the promise ACG made and post ANOTHER distraction/apology post.

FORGIVE US.

Until next week, drive safely. ❤

Shakespearean Senior Time Warp

Speaking of last week’s time warps, an end of the year senior English paper is kind of the same. (Knowing about it for a month and waiting 27 days helps that, but whatever.) Basically, we are lame humans of the female variety with broken minds and pained hearts that cannot take the extra time to work together to get lost in the wonderfully crazy rabbit hole that we will talk about next week. That is a promise. For now though, Shakespeare is calling my name in a super witty fashion.

Duces (or however you spell that)! Keep your nose in the blender and your tongue on the frozen pole! ❤ 🙂 😛 😉 😀
